Josef Anton Koch Weg

A short, very steep climb above Obergiblen in Tirol. The hardest 500 metres average 24.4% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 10 to 16 minutes. Its 2.9 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Facing northeast, it loses the sun before midday and keeps its snow into spring. Graded as a hiking trail, so fitness matters more than footing.
