Stubaier Höhenweg (No. 138)

This very steep climb rises above Neustift im Stubaital in Tirol. Expect 41 to 69 minutes. The hardest 500 metres average 61.5% and start 1.6 km in, so the worst of it lands when you are already committed. South-facing, so it is hot in summer and one of the first to clear of snow. The nearest named summit, Schafnock at 3,112 m, is 668 m away. At 36.0 TEP it is harder than almost every climb in the catalogue. It is graded demanding mountain hiking: expect sections where you watch every step.
