Ackerstrasse

A long, power-hike climb above Schmidighischere in Valais. The hardest 500 metres average 25.2% and start 1.3 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not. Most runners need 76 to 128 minutes. At 18.0 TEP it is harder than 92% of the climbs in the catalogue.
