American Ridge Trail

A power-hike climb in Washington. The hardest 500 metres average 26.9% and start 1.2 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Facing northeast, it loses the sun before midday and keeps its snow into spring. Most runners need 22 to 38 minutes. With 5.5 TEP it lands near the middle of the catalogue.
