Holman Canyon Trail
A short, power-hike climb in Utah. The hardest 500 metres average 21.2% and start 693 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not. Most runners need 13 to 22 minutes. Its 3.2 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Graded demanding mountain hiking, meaning footing matters more than fitness in places.
