Horsetail Trail
A short, power-hike climb in Wyoming. The hardest 500 metres average 23.8% and start 511 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Facing southwest, it takes the afternoon heat and melts out early in the year. Most runners need 10 to 17 minutes. Its 2.3 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue.
