This run-hike climb rises above Ofu in American Samoa. Expect 31 to 52 minutes. The hardest 500 metres average 19.8% and start 3.6 km in, so the worst of it lands when you are already committed. Northwest-facing, so it stays cool until late in the day. At 3.5 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. The path is graded easy hiking: the effort is in your lungs, not your footing.
