A long, mostly runnable climb in New Mexico. The hardest 500 metres average 12.9% and start 4.6 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Northwest-facing, so it stays cool and holds snow late. Most runners need 53 to 89 minutes. At 2.5 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
