Watanga Lake Trail is a power-hike climb in Colorado. Mostly on trail. Its steepest 500 metres run at 19.2% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. At 3.7 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Expect 19 to 32 minutes. South-facing, so it is hot in summer and one of the first to clear of snow.
