This long, run-hike climb rises in Colorado. Expect 49 to 82 minutes. The hardest 500 metres average 21.1% and start 6.0 km in, so the worst of it lands when you are already committed. Facing northeast, it loses the sun before midday and keeps its snow into spring. With 4.2 TEP it lands near the middle of the catalogue. Graded alpine hiking: exposed, rocky ground that needs sure feet and some use of the hands.
