Lac de la Rosière et Cascade des Poux
A short, power-hike climb above Courchevel Moriond in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The hardest 500 metres average 25.1% and start 601 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. North-facing, so it holds shade and snow longer than the sunny side of the valley. Most runners need 14 to 23 minutes. At 3.2 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
